In October 2025 we had a 1969 house trailer that we tried to give away to get it off the property. As it turned out, it was too old and permits to move it couldn’t be obtained. Our only option was to have it demolished. I googled trailer demolishing and luckily found NC Dirtworks Our contact was Ian Derosia.
It took some time to pull the necessary permits for the project but Ian kept us updated every step of the way.
When everything was okayed he had 2 roll off dumpsters delivered to the property. The next day he got to work with his excavator, crushing and disposing of the old trailer. It took 2 days and the job was completed. He did a great job cleaning up debris. He’s a great person to work with and if you have need of his services, we highly recommend him and his company.
